A Terrine of Salmon and Crab – Smoked Salmon, Crab and Cream Cheese mousse wrapped with Smoked Salmon served with dill mayonnaise and crispy salad
B Serrano Ham Wrapped Pillow of Pork Pate -served with side salad and Roasted Garlic and onion chutney with ciabatta toast
C Fans of Honeydew Melon - served with a Wild Fruit and Mango Coullis dressed with a compote of forest fruits.
Main Course
D Pot roast breast of Chicken Chasseur - with button mushroom, cherry tomato and tarragon sauce
E Roasted Sirloin of English Beef - served with roasted cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms and a rich red wine sauce
F Grilled Sea Bass fillet served on crushed new potatoes medley of olives and sundried tomatoes and beurre blanc
Puddings
G Summer fruit cheesecake - served with forest fruits a rich dollop of Vanilla Cream
H Traditional sugar crusted Crème Brule - served with Hedgerow fruits & Vanilla Cream
J Individual Syrup Sponge – served with creamy Custard Sauce

There will be tables for eight – if you would like to sit with specific people, please let us know and we will do our best.
