Happy faces on an Endeavour excursion back in 2022 |
The new Schedule of Activities for 2025 (pdf), listing all potential dates when tides mean Endeavour could make an excursion, has been uploaded to our website on the Trips on Endeavour page. If you are unable to access an online copy, please let Chris Burls (01702 553274) know, and we'll arrange a printed version.
Where do YOU want to go!
The Trust is keen to encourage members to enjoy an excursion on Endeavour. We don’t want her to be a museum piece—we want her to be living history, enjoyed, recognised and valued by the public. We’re open to discussion with members as to the types of excursion that takes place!
Can Non-Members Come?
Endeavour is classed as a pleasure boat and our insurance prevents us from taking non-members out. But the cost of a year's membership is comparable with the per person amount that you’d pay for a comparable trip on a commercial pleasure boat!
We are very happy to process memberships so people can go on Endeavour, so encourage anyone you know that might be interested in a trip to take up membership.
The Small Print!
Weather, crew availability and other factors mean that Endeavour doesn’t go out on every date, but we’d really like to encourage our members to take advantage of the opportunity to go out.
How Do I Book a Trip?
If you’re are interested in particular dates, contact Chris Burls (01702 553274) to enquire if the date is still available. This schedule is subject to change, so please check our Trips on Endeavour page on the website and social media or contact us for the latest.
You could even Volunteer!
We are always looking for people that might be willing to come and crew regularly for Endeavour and possibly become a future skipper. If this might be you, do please let us know—full familiarisation and training will be given!
